We deliver Australia-wide and offer free delivery to all major metropolitan areas including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Adelaide.

Yes! You can use Buy Now, Pay Later options such as Zip Pay when shopping with us. Simply select Zip Pay at checkout to complete your purchase.

You may return items within 7 days of delivery for exchange or refund. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your goods at sales@unrealchristmastrees.com.au. 

Please note: shipping costs are deducted from refunds, a 20% administration fee applies for change of mind returns, and from November 15th to December 30th, artificial Christmas trees and larger items like nutcrackers and reindeer are not available for change of mind returns.

With proper care, our quality artificial Christmas trees can last 8–10 years or more. Our pre-lit trees feature LED lights built to last for thousands of hours.

Check your item immediately upon receipt. If damaged or faulty, photograph the goods and email sales@unrealchristmastrees.com.au within 48 hours with your order number and receipt. We’ll arrange for repair, replacement or refund depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

We typically install commercial Christmas displays in November and remove them in January. We work with you to schedule installation and collection times that suit your business operations.

Our hire service includes delivery, professional installation, and collection after the holiday season. We provide high-quality trees (up to 6 m/20 ft), decorations, and bespoke lighting options. Our staff handle all setup, styling, and dismantling.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance to ensure the best selection of trees, decorations, and colour themes, and to secure your preferred installation dates during our busy season.

Yes, ensure the installation site is safe, clear, and accessible when our team arrives. You’ll need to obtain any necessary approvals or permits required by authorities, and ensure dry access to power outlets for pre-lit trees and lighting displays.
